A new term for leather came to the end of 2015 in connection with foodstuffs. The so-called "ketchup leather". A new addition from the fast food area from America.

The preparation is quite simple: Pour ketchup onto a coated baking sheet and leave the ketchup in the oven until a tough plate is obtained. This is then put on a hamburger sandwich. The ketchup leather comes on the hamburger bread and thus reduces the soaking of the bread. The ketchup can be seasoned with all kinds of spices or garlic before the drying process.
