The flexometer checks how the leather surface behaves when continuously wrinkled. The Bally Flexometer is by far the most widely used instrument. It assesses flexing endurance and also determines the formation of cracks in creases. The flexometer counts the number of movement repetitions before the leather surface starts to become brittle and forms cracks.
