Scotch Grain was originally an embossing pattern to cover and hide damages in the leather. The embossing pattern reminds on small plant grains and damages can not be clearly seen after emobssing. Today, scotchgrain is one of many typical embossing patterns on leather. Scotchgrain can be observed shoes, wallet, handbags and many other leather goods.
